Setup and use

Assemble and lock the frame, support plate, and wheels as directed in the manufacturer’s manual. Never leave a baby unattended on the changing surface. Raised sides do not replace adult supervision. This is a changing station, not a sleep surface. Do not use it for bathing unless the manufacturer explicitly approves that use. Remove the baby before moving, adjusting, or folding the station. Follow the manual for toy-bar placement, storage loading, and the earliest applicable age, weight, height, or developmental stop-use limit.

Care and storage

Follow the care label for cleaning the cover and frame. Use the manufacturer’s folding instructions, including any requirement to remove the support plate. Keep children away during folding and unfolding.
